REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Mystic Dragonfly Creations accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after the customer receives the item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging when applicable. The customer must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization and shipping instructions. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN ADDRESS

After a return is approved, Mystic Dragonfly Creations will provide the return address and shipping instructions directly to the customer.

Please do not ship any item back until you have received this information.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

When an eligible item is returned because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt and tracking information. Mystic Dragonfly Creations is not responsible for an ordinary return shipment that is lost or damaged while being sent back.

If Mystic Dragonfly Creations confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, reasonable return shipping arrangements will be provided at no cost to the customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations promptly and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the item and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Mystic Dragonfly Creations will evaluate the information and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

NATURAL AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Many Mystic Dragonfly Creations products are handmade, naturally formed, original, limited, or one of a kind.

Variations in color, texture, dimensions, markings, shape, surface characteristics, and appearance may be natural features of the material or creative work and are not automatically considered defects.

Colors may also appear different because of lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital products or downloadable content after access or delivery
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked “final sale” before purchase
• Items altered, damaged, used, or returned in a condition different from how they were received
• Items for which a return was requested more than 30 days after delivery

If you are uncertain whether an item is eligible, contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations before returning it.

EXCHANGES

The most reliable way to obtain a different available item is to request an authorized return for the original item and place a separate order after the return has been accepted.

Because many Mystic Dragonfly Creations products are original or one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

REFUNDS

Mystic Dragonfly Creations will inspect the returned item and notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded for ordinary returns.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
