Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

2. PRODUCTS AND CREATIVE WORK

Mystic Dragonfly Creations offers products that may include original artwork, books, stones, geological or natural-history specimens, prints, handmade items, and other creative works.

Many products are original, handmade, naturally formed, limited, or one of a kind. Natural variations, irregularities, surface markings, coloration, texture, dimensions, and other individual characteristics are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the unique nature of individual products.

Product descriptions that include Dragonfly Archive stories, characters, mythology, symbolism, or lore are creative and literary content. They should not be interpreted as scientific, medical, therapeutic, religious, or supernatural guarantees.

Geological or natural-history identifications may be described as working identifications when formal laboratory testing has not been completed.

Our products and website content are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or scientific advice. We do not promise that any stone, artwork, book, or other product will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alter any medical or psychological condition.

3. AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE LIMITS

Products and prices may change without notice. We may limit the quantities of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Because many pieces are original or one of a kind, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

4. ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Shipping limitations
• Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale

If we change or cancel an order after payment, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information submitted with the order. When applicable, the affected payment will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order costs are calculated or displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Mystic Dragonfly Creations does not independently store complete payment-card details.

6. SHIPPING

Mystic Dragonfly Creations currently ships physical products within the United States only. International shipping and local pickup are not currently available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery destination, package details, and available USPS services.

The available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exclusions, conditions, and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy:

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents, including original artwork, photographs, written stories, product descriptions, book excerpts, characters, names, mythology, graphics, branding, and Dragonfly Archive material, belong to April Louann Mitchell or Mystic Dragonfly Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork, book, print, specimen, or other physical product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, publishing rights, merchandising rights, or commercial licensing rights.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

10. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

Submissions must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, obscene, malicious, or infringing material.
