SHIPPING POLICY

Mystic Dragonfly Creations currently ships physical products within the United States only. International shipping and local pickup are not available at this time.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and are displayed at checkout:

• Orders weighing up to 1 lb: $10
• Orders weighing more than 1 lb and up to 5 lbs: $15
• Orders weighing more than 5 lbs and up to 10 lbs: $25

Orders exceeding the available shipping limits may require separate arrangements. Please contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations before purchasing an unusually large or heavy item.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared with care after payment has been confirmed. Original artwork, books, stones, specimens, and one-of-a-kind pieces may require different packaging and preparation.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation when an order has been dispatched. Any available tracking information will be included in that confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary according to the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Mystic Dragonfly Creations. Estimated transit times provided by a carrier are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations as soon as possible. An address cannot be changed after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations promptly and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the item and all original packaging while the matter is reviewed. A resolution will be determined according to the circumstances of the order and any applicable carrier claim.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays and delivery scans may be outside the direct control of Mystic Dragonfly Creations. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, customers should first review the carrier’s tracking information and then contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations if additional assistance is needed.

Mystic Dragonfly Creations will assist with available carrier information but cannot guarantee the recovery of a package delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

RETURNS

Shipping-related returns remain subject to the store’s Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before requesting a return.
