SHIPPING POLICY

Mystic Dragonfly Creations currently ships physical products within the United States only.

International shipping and local pickup are not available at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery destination, package details, and available USPS services.

The available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared with care after payment has been confirmed.

Original artwork, stones, specimens, books, handmade creations, and one-of-a-kind items may require different packaging and preparation depending on the item.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation after the order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Mystic Dragonfly Creations.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations as soon as possible. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the address may not be able to be changed.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations promptly and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label

Please keep the item and all original packaging while the matter is reviewed.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays and delivery scans may be outside the direct control of Mystic Dragonfly Creations.

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, customers should first review the carrier’s tracking information and then contact Mystic Dragonfly Creations if additional assistance is needed.

Mystic Dragonfly Creations will assist with available carrier information but cannot guarantee recovery of a package delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS

Returns are subject to the Mystic Dragonfly Creations Refund Policy.

Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization and return shipping instructions.
