ONE OF ONE • FROM THE DRAGONFLY ARCHIVE
This is not inventory in the ordinary sense. DP-PEG-01 is one of the natural specimens I kept from the material that became part of the Dragonfly Portal—the real-world discoveries behind Mystic Dragonfly Creations and The Dragonfly Journals.
I do not part with many of these pieces. This one is leaving my personal Archive and looking for its next keeper.
The specimen is a striking coarse crystalline pegmatite dominated by salmon-pink feldspar with translucent quartz and dark mineral inclusions. Based on its visible crystal habit, the dark mineral is consistent with schorl/black tourmaline, but that identification has not been laboratory confirmed.
Archive ID: DP-PEG-01
Weight: 5.0 oz (approximately 142 g)
Approximate size: roughly 3 × 2.5 × 2 in., based on photographed scale
Condition: Natural, unpolished specimen with natural fractures, edges and crystal surfaces
Quantity: One. When this specimen is claimed, it is gone.
What comes with it: The exact specimen photographed here and Mystic Dragonfly Creations provenance identifying it as DP-PEG-01 from the Dragonfly Archive.
Why it matters: The stone came first. The questions came next. Those questions became stories. If you have been following the Archive, this is an opportunity to keep one of the actual pieces from the world behind it—not a reproduction and not a manufactured collectible.
If this specimen brought you here because you want to understand the world it came from, begin with Book One: Ignivar’s Heartstone.
